To provide IRESC with emergency information

This will take you to IRESC INFORMATION DATA .  This is the way to warn IRESC about an incident or to provide us with any type of information that may be of use to relief agencies or our contacts directly in the emergency zone.  For example, this information could be the name and details of missing people, or data associated with an incident (such as current weather readings or situation reports).  During an incident, our on-air control operators will see this information almost immediately.
